“1st Year Analyst” – FMWC Stage 3 (2022) & University Championship (Spring 2022)

This case study aims to assess the knowledge of a first-year analyst in a financial institution across various finance, valuation, and financial modeling concepts, as well as Excel skills. The case includes 15 small questions designed to help the analyst learn or refresh such aspects of financial modeling as loans, investments, depreciation, and valuation.

This is an actual case study that was presented to the participants of both Financial Modeling University Championship (Spring 2022) Round 2 and Financial Modeling World Cup Stage 3. The downloadable file consists of the following:
